Introduction

Hi. I was raised Baptist and still consider myself to be a Baptist, but I've become less legalistic and have come to live FREELY under Christ. Since I live freely, temptations are stronger, but I am able to overcome and be content under Christ. Instead of a Christian under legalistic rule, I'm a Christian under Christ. I've made mistakes and I've done and said some really stupid things, but I'd rather have Jesus Christ be the center of my life than any one else, or any one else's ideas of how a "real Christian woman" would live. More than any other doctrine. More than any other creed, Jesus Christ is my all in all. I don't need any thing else.

THE CENTER

Christ, You're the center of my life.
Through any pain or strife,
You're the center of my life.

Christ, You're the center of my soul,
For I know you're in control.
You're the center of my soul.

And in You I will abide.
I will not step aside.
Truth and love abound.
Because in You, I'm found.

Christ, You're the center of my mind.
All else is left behind.
You're the center of my mind.

Christ, You're the center of my days.
I'll walk with you always.
You're the center of my days.

"On Christ, the Solid Rock, I stand. All other ground is sinking sand. All other ground is sinking sand"

This blog takes a Biblical view of the world, and it focuses on various aspects of the Christian Conservative Woman's life style. Things I talk about that are important to me are Christ centerness in everything: health, fitness, family, diet, children and discipline (disciplining both me and my children), being a godly wife, and serving in my church and community, music and art. I might get political and sarcastic on some issues. As a Christian, God really doesn't want me to be mean, so I'll keep my blab down to a dull roar. This pit bull prefurs chap stick anyhow. And I do love Sara. What conservative woman doesn't?

Topics to be discussed this next year, 2010 most likely will inclued:
-developing biblical views of health and fitness that are both balanced and developes bounderies
-Bible studies on developing a Christ centered life
-politics and a good biblical view of this world and this day and age

I like to ask questions. You may answer them if you want. My favorites are "WHY?" and "HOW?". I like to know the details. Feel free to answer some of them if you'd like this next year. A good Bible verse in your answer would really attract my attention, so you'll need to do your home work. The Holy Bible is my first premis in life, all 66 books. So, if ya got a verse I'm bound to tackle it and see how you treat the WORD OF THE LORD. With respect, I hope.

God bless you as you seek to become a more Christ Centered Conservative Christian Woman. Grace to you!! And peace from God our Father through our LORD jesus Christ

Kim
